This is us – Family Flachberger-Schultes
May we briefly introduce ourselves and our house?
I am Nina, born and raised in Namibia, and my husband Josef, a true Pinzgauer. That’s where Africa meets the Alps. Our roots. Therefore, also in the house Kulala, which is located in the center of Kaprun, something Africa should be felt. Our daughter Kiana also combines both and completes our happiness. Furthermore, our two Yorki’s Lino and Smartie and our good egg producers live with us in their chicken yard.
The Kulala house has been in the family since 1933 – built by my grandfather and taken over by my father and mother. That’s why a lot of love and time has always gone into restorations. It has always been important that no major changes or renovations were made to the original exterior façade in order to also retain some history. 2021 – 2022 we have completely renovated the interior of the house and thus you are now offered three comfortable, modern vacation apartments. We look forward to welcoming you in person soon!
